Log all service calls in the system and update progress as per the defined workflow.Visit customers’ homes/sites with prior appointments to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.In cases where spare parts are required, advise the customer on the estimated cost and obtain prior approval or advance payment before placing the request.Carry essential replacement components necessary for appliance repairs and record their usage .Ensure timely job closure within the defined Turnaround Time (TAT).Maintain the company vehicle in good condition and ensure it is service-ready at all times. Minimum 4 years of local experience within the home appliances industry.Strong communication skills in English (both verbal and written).Proven ability to deliver excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
