About the Role
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive professional to support the CEO in organizing daily work, following up on execution, and coordinating HR operational activities for a 20-employee business unit operating as part of a larger corporate group.
Key Responsibilities
Executive Assistant & Work Coordination
- Organize, track, and follow up on tasks and instructions from the CEO
- Coordinate with team members to ensure timely completion of tasks
- Prepare clear daily and weekly follow-up summaries
- Manage the CEO’s calendar, meetings, and priorities
- Act as a communication and coordination point between the CEO and internal teams
- Ensure tasks, decisions, and action points are clearly documented HR Operations Coordination
- Maintain accurate and organized employee records and files
- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes
- Track attendance, leaves, and probation periods
- Ensure implementation of approved HR policies and procedures
Requirements
- Experience in executive assistance, administration, or HR operations
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills
- Professional, discreet, and reliable
- Good communication skills in Arabic and English
- Able to multitask and manage priorities effectively.
