Job Description Welcome customers and identify their needs to recommend suitable Etisalat products and services. Achieve individual sales targets for mobile lines, internet packages, devices, and accessories. Explain product features, pricing, promotions, and offers clearly to customers. Process sales transactions, activations, renewals, and service requests accurately. Job Requirements 0–2 years of experience in retail sales or customer service (telecommunications experience is a plus). Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills. Customer-focused with a positive and professional attitude. Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
