Apply now Raya Smart Buildings: one of Raya’s subsidiaries is hiring a IT Senior Technician Manage LAN/WAN infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, VPNs, VOIP, and wireless. Implement and maintain a passive network (Fiber and Ethernet cables) Manage and maintain the NVR system and Fingerprint system. Providing expert technical support for all company hardware and software, including troubleshooting, installation, and upgrades Manage and maintain the Sound system, projectors and printers. Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues related to connectivity, latency, and throughput. Ensure high-availability solutions with redundancy and failover configurations. Ensure compliance with IT security policies and support audits and risk assessments. Develop and maintain documentation for systems and network infrastructure and configurations Skills Communication Skills: Clear and concise communication ensures that all parties understand tasks, expectations, and concerns. Technical Skills · Solid experience with Network infrastructure and Low current systems · Deep understanding of Passive network and cable-related issues. · Hands-on experience with CCTV and Finger print system. · Proficiency in sound systems · Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. · Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. · Ability to work independently and as part of a team. · Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. Strong troubleshooting skills for both hardware and software-related problems.
