Job Description Qualifications Maximum Two years of experience in IT * Good knowledge CCNA /MCSE * Identifying hardware and software solutions * Provide comprehensive and exceptional technical support to Backend customer via chat, email, phone, remote access or onsite. * Assist with the setup and configuration of new hardware and software and printers. * Troubleshooting technical issues * Maintain procedures and reports that provide technical support to the entire organization. * Provides technical support to customers by answering questions and troubleshooting problems. * Understand, identify, and document customer technical points and share insights with internal teams to constantly improve the customer and product experience. * Must be detail oriented and able to multi-tasking. * Replay and follow up customer complaints, requests, and inquiries in a professional and timely Manner. * Deep knowledge of operating systems, current equipment and technologies, enterprise backup and recovery procedures, and system performance monitoring tools * Excellent interpersonal skills * Ability to maintain confidentiality of company information. * Maintain an inventory of IT assets and ensure proper documentation Job Requirements
