About the Role We are looking for a creative and motivated Junior Creative Designer & Motion Graphics Specialist to join our Creative Team. The ideal candidate should have a passion for design, video editing, and visual storytelling, with the ability to create engaging content for digital marketing campaigns, social media platforms, website assets, and e-commerce initiatives. Key Responsibilities Design creative visuals for social media, digital campaigns, website banners, and marketing materials.Create motion graphics and animated content for advertising and branding campaigns.Edit videos, reels, and promotional content for various digital platforms.Retouch and enhance images using Adobe Photoshop.Collaborate with the Marketing and Creative teams to develop compelling visual concepts.Ensure all creative assets are aligned with brand guidelines and maintain high-quality standards.Stay up to date with design trends, motion graphics techniques, and digital content best practices. Job Requirements 0–2 years of experience in Graphic Design, Motion Graphics, Video Editing, or a related field.Proficiency in:Adobe PhotoshopAdobe IllustratorAdobe After EffectsAdobe Premiere ProGood understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and visual composition.Strong creativity and attention to detail.Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.Experience creating content for social media platforms is a plus.Knowledge of AI creative tools is a plus.A portfolio showcasing design and video work is highly preferred.
