Junior Graphic Designer

Job Description Role PurposeSupport the development and execution of visual communication materials for Jazeera Paints Egypt across digital, print, retail, showroom, and event channels. The Graphic Designer is responsible for creating high-quality artwork that aligns with brand guidelines, supports marketing objectives, and enhances customer engagement while continuously developing creative and technical design skills. Key AccountabilitiesDevelop creative artwork and visual concepts in line with Jazeera Paints brand guidelines. Design marketing materials including social media content, brochures, flyers, catalogs, presentations, advertisements, and promotional materials. Support the creation of showroom branding materials, visual merchandising graphics, POS materials, and display elements. Prepare artwork files for print production and digital publishing according to required specifications. Assist in developing graphics, illustrations, icons, infographics, and visual assets for marketing campaigns. Adapt and resize artwork across different formats and communication channels. Coordinate with Marketing, Trade Marketing, Interior Design, and external suppliers to ensure accurate execution of design requirements. Support product launches, exhibitions, customer events, and promotional campaigns through creative design solutions. Ensure consistency of visual identity across all communication materials and customer touchpoints. Review artwork for accuracy, alignment, color consistency, typography, and branding compliance before submission. Maintain organized design files, artwork archives, and digital asset libraries. Stay updated on design trends, creative tools, and industry best practices. Support photography, videography, and multimedia content creation when required. Ensure all activities comply with company policies, safety requirements, and environmental standards. Perform any additional duties assigned by the direct supervisor/manager. Job Requirements Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Applied Arts, Fine Arts, Multimedia Design, or related field. 2–3 years of experience in Graphic Design. Experience in paints, building materials, retail, FMCG, or related industries is an advantage.
