Maintenance Technician-Mechanical

Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Technician-Mechanical to join our team in Fujairah. The ideal candidate will have at least 4-5 years of experience in mechanical maintenance and a strong understanding of mechanical systems and equipment. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance of mechanical equipment such as pumps, motors, HVAC systems, and other related equipment. - Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical issues and perform necessary repairs. - Perform routine maintenance tasks such as lubrication, filter changes, and belt replacements. - Keep accurate records of maintenance activities and report any major issues to the supervisor. - Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies at all times. - Coordinate with other technicians and contractors for complex repairs and installations. - Maintain a clean and organized work area and ensure all tools and equipment are in good working condition. - Assist in the procurement of spare parts and materials needed for maintenance activities. - Train and mentor junior technicians as needed. Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent. - Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in mechanical maintenance. - Strong understanding of mechanical systems and equipment. - Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics. - Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. - Good communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and in a team environment. - Willingness to work flexible hours and be on-call for emergency repairs. - Valid UAE driving license is preferred.
