Maintenance Technician

Job description What will you do? Handle all hardware problems for all our POS products to ensure that machine problems are solved. Ensure that device assembly and disassembly have been done with high quality to maintain our maintenance reputation in the market. Handle all under-maintenance cases within SLA to achieve customer satisfaction regarding maintenance time. Apply the following repair modules to ensure that machine problems are solved: Replace defective parts Repair different units Record all maintenance actions into the maintenance system to accumulate records of all maintenance activities. Provide periodic reports to the direct manager on maintenance achievements. Skills description What will you need? Educational background: University graduate. Experience: 0–2 years’ experience in any related field.
