Mobile Technician

About the Role eXtra is seeking a Mobile Technician to join their team in Al-Kharj. This full-time role involves providing technical support and repair services for mobile devices and PCs, ensuring customer satisfaction through efficient service delivery and continuous skill development. Key Responsibilities Monitor IT/Telecom Services Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and take necessary actions to meet agreed targets. Address customer technical inquiries related to repairs and troubleshooting. Perform software technical repairs for mobile devices and PCs. Assemble, install, configure, upgrade, and troubleshoot operating systems and software for both mobile devices and PCs, including peripherals such as printers and scanners. Follow up on the status of customer technical repairs and ensure customers are informed of progress. Handle customer technical complaints and work to resolve them effectively. Assist in developing and implementing systems to enhance service quality. Continuously update technical skills to provide a high level of service, maintaining customer satisfaction and loyalty. Coordinate with planners and other technicians regarding items under repair to ensure timely completion. Work Environment This is a full-time position based in Al-Kharj, where the Mobile Technician will work as part of a dedicated team focused on delivering technical support and repair services to customers.
