Key Responsibilities: Conceptualize, design, and execute industry-leading motion graphics, animations, and video productions.Develop and implement creative strategies for motion design across digital marketing, branding, and advertising campaigns.Oversee the full production pipeline from ideation, scripting, and storyboarding to animation, editing, and final output.Collaborate with marketing, creative, and leadership teams to align visual storytelling with business objectives.Lead and mentor junior, mid, and senior-level designers, ensuring continuous skill development and innovation.Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging tools, and new animation techniques to push creative boundaries.Ensure the highest quality standards in all motion design projects while maintaining brand consistency. Skills and Knowledge Required: Mastery of motion design, animation, typography, color theory, and visual storytelling.Deep expertise in video editing, compositing, VFX, 3D animation, and post-production.Ability to translate complex ideas into visually compelling animations and narratives.Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and project management skills.Proven track record of managing high-profile projects and delivering under tight deadlines. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Graphic Design, Animation, Multimedia, or a related field.A portfolio showcasing top-tier motion graphics, VFX, and animation work. Experience: 8+ years of professional experience in motion design, animation, and video production.Experience working with high-profile brands, agencies, or media production companies.Leadership experience in managing and mentoring design teams.
