Role Description The Office Administrative Assistant at U First is a full-time, on-site role based in Cairo. This position is responsible for managing daily office operations, including handling incoming calls, greeting visitors, organizing files, and maintaining office supplies. The role includes providing administrative and executive support such as scheduling meetings, preparing documents, and coordinating internal communications. The Office Administrative Assistant will also assist with clerical tasks like data entry, mail handling, and record-keeping to ensure accurate and up-to-date information. This role requires consistent professionalism, attention to detail, and the ability to support colleagues and leadership in a structured office environment. Qualifications Strong administrative assistance skills, including scheduling, document preparation, and office coordination. Professional phone etiquette and customer service skills for handling calls and visitor inquiries. Clear and effective communication skills, both written and verbal, for internal and external interactions. Experience with executive administrative assistance, including calendar management and support for leadership. Solid clerical skills such as filing, data entry, record-keeping, and basic office documentation. Proficiency with office software (e.g., word processing, spreadsheets, email, and calendar tools). Ability to organize tasks, prioritize workload, and maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience in an office or administrative role is preferred; relevant certificates or a diploma in business administration or a related field are beneficial.
