Operations Assistant

Job Description Search, compare, and select hotels according to client preferences and budget.Familiarity with online booking tools and OTA platforms.Make hotel reservations using various booking platforms .Communicate with hotels or suppliers to confirm availability and handle special requests.Ensure accurate and timely booking confirmations.Maintain records of bookings and client preferences. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Hotel and Tourism , or related field is preferred. 1 year min experience in field Experience in Operations and Operations Management Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills Good command of English (spoken and written). Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
