WE ARE HIRING — OPERATIONS MANAGER

Dubai & Abu Dhabi | Multi-Brand Restaurant Group

A fast-growing UAE restaurant group is opening new outlets under new brands across Dubai and Abu Dhabi — and we are looking for an Operations Manager to run them.

This is a full P&L role with real scope: multiple brands, multiple outlets, two emirates, and every new opening in the pipeline.

What you need:

• 6+ years in F&B operations, 3+ in a multi-outlet role

• 3+ years in the UAE with hands-on Dubai Municipality / ADAFSA inspection experience

• Proven ownership of outlet P&L — food cost, labour cost, EBITDA

• Advanced PIC certification or ADAFSA EFST (or able to obtain)

• UAE driving licence
