OPERATOR (PRODUCTION)

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Operator to join our Manufacturing

team. In this role, you will operate machinery and equipment in strict

accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), processes, and

manufacturing plans to safely deliver compliant products and meet production

targets.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

* Machinery Operation & Setup: Set up, operate, and monitor machinery to

consistently achieve daily production goals.

* Quality & Maintenance: Conduct routine quality and parameter checks, raise

SAP notifications and execute autonomous maintenance tasks.

* Safety & 5S Standards: Enforce strict HSE guidelines, maintain 5S

housekeeping standards and proactively report near-misses.

* Operational Excellence: Support continuous lean manufacturing initiatives

and assist in training new operators.

REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS

* Education: Secondary School Certificate combined with a 2–3 year technical

trade certificate.

* Experience: Minimum 4+ years of hands-on machinery operation experience

in a large industrial plant (cable industry experience preferred).

* Skills: Strong operational acumen, effective communication, solid time

management, and physical fitness to handle shift work.
