Responsibilities: Masterful Calendar Management: Expertly manage complex calendars, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel with precision and foresight.Seamless Travel & Logistics: Coordinate all aspects of domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodation, visas, and itineraries.Effective Communication: Act as a primary point of contact, handling correspondence, screening calls, and managing emails with professionalism and discretion.Operational Excellence: Oversee general office administration, ensuring a well-organized and efficient workspace.Project Support: Assist with various projects, research tasks, and presentations, demonstrating strong attention to detail.Event Coordination: Plan and execute internal and external events, meetings, and conferences, from conception to successful completion.Information Management: Maintain confidential records and documents with the utmost integrity and security.Skills & Technologies: You will be an expert in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and possess a deep understanding of modern Office Management principles.
