As a personal assistant to the general manager, you’re not just providing support to the general manager and department managers – you’re spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest. Here's what you'll do during a typical day: Support daily office operations: Provide administrative support such as word processing, data entry, filing, and copying to support department operations. Delight our guests: Respond promptly and professionally to all guest interactions. Manage communication: Answer telephones, handle email communications, and process correspondence in a timely and efficient manner. Coordinate travel arrangements: Organize and manage bookings for department managers. Support special projects: Assist with departmental initiatives or ad-hoc assignments.
