We are supporting a leading international law firm in the search for an Practice Assistant to join its growing Riyadh office. This is a unique opportunity to become one of the first members of the local business support team and play a central role in the office's day-to-day success. Working closely with lawyers and colleagues across the firm's global network, you will enjoy a varied role combining legal administrative support, office coordination, and client-facing responsibilities. Key Responsibilities Legal & Administrative Support 1. Provide high-level administrative support to lawyers and the wider team2. Manage complex diaries, meetings, and international travel arrangements3. Prepare expense reports, billing, time entry, and pre-bill edits4. Draft, format, proofread, and produce professional documents and presentations5. Assist with business development initiatives, client pitches, and marketing materials6. Coordinate with colleagues across the firm's international offices7. Organise meetings, events, and maintain electronic filing systems Office Coordination 1. Welcoming clients and visitors2. Managing reception and incoming communications3. Coordinating meeting rooms and hospitality for guests4. Overseeing office supplies and general office administration5. Liaising with suppliers and assisting with office-related expenses6. Providing basic IT coordination with remote support teams when required1. A BA/BS degree or equivalent experience is preferred.2. 3-5 years' administrative experience, ideally within a law firm or professional services environment3. Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Arabic and English5. Confident using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)6. Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment7. Proactive, adaptable, and eager to take ownership8. Enjoys working within a collaborative, growing team where no two days are the sameLocation: Riyadh, Saudi ArabiaThis position reports locally to the Office Managing Partner and to the Regional Director of Administration. The successful candidate will be mostly working from the office, with flexibility as needed to support business requirements. Overtime flexibility is required.
