A private family is seeking a highly organised, discreet, and resourceful Private Personal Assistant / Family Assistant to support their household in Palm Jumeirah, Dubai. The immediate assignment is to support a UHNW Executive, with support for their office as needed. The family recently relocated from Estonia and currently has a driver and a housemaid. The role will focus on managing the family’s day-to-day personal and household requirements, including schedules, appointments, errands, travel, children’s activities, pet arrangements, and household logistics. The successful candidate will work closely with the existing household staff, proactively manage daily tasks, anticipate the family’s needs, and ensure the smooth running of the household with a high level of discretion and professionalism.
