Product Specialist

What We’re Looking For:

• BA degree in a medical field (Pharmacy, Veterinary, Biomedical Engineering, or Science).
• 2 to 5 years of experience in Urology or medical devices experience is preferable.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Result-oriented.
• Self-motivated/ positive attitude.
• Owning a car.
• Basic computer skills.

Job Requirements:

·        Understand customer needs and offer solutions and support.

·        Research potential leads from business directories.

·        Answer potential customer questions and follow-up call questions.

·        Report on daily performance and sales metrics.

·        Meet all sales quotas and goals.

·        Communicate the brand message effectively to healthcare professionals, including doctors, pharmacists, and procurement teams.

·        Ensure product availability across hospitals, clinics, direct purchase channels, and through participation in hospital tenders.

·        Drive sales activities primarily focused on medical devices, ensuring strong product presence and market penetration.

·        Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders such as doctors, pharmacists, and hospital purchasers to support business growth and ensure customer satisfaction.
