Overview

As a QA Testing Intern, I supported the quality assurance team in ensuring that web and mobile applications met functional, design, and performance standards. I participated in testing activities, identifying bugs, documenting issues, and verifying fixes. Throughout the internship, I gained hands-on experience with test planning, manual testing, basic automation concepts, and cross-team collaboration to help deliver reliable, high-quality software.

Internship Responsibilities

  •  Performed manual testing for web and mobile applications.

  •  Executed test cases, identified bugs, and documented issues clearly.

  •  Assisted in creating and updating test cases, test scenarios, and test reports.

  •  Retested resolved bugs and verified that fixes worked properly.

  •  Participated in regression testing, functional testing, and UI/UX validation.

  •  Worked with tools such as Jira/Trello/Bug tracking systems to report and track issues.

  •  Collaborated with developers to understand requirements and ensure accurate testing.

  •  Provided feedback to improve product usability and performance.

  •  Supported the QA team in maintaining testing documentation and quality standards.
