Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Recruitment Specialist, located in New Cairo. The Recruitment Specialist will oversee the recruitment process, including sourcing and interviewing candidates, maintaining job postings, and ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for new hires. Responsibilities include collaborating with hiring managers, developing strong hiring strategies, and managing recruitment-related records and documentation to support the company's growth.

• Knowledge of Human Resource practices, recruitment tools, and platforms

• Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and basic data management
• Previous experience in the foodservice or restaurant industry is a plus
