Regional Sales Manager – GCC & Middle East (excl. KSA)
📍 Location: Dubai, UAE (Hybrid – regional travel required)
We are looking for a high-performing Regional Sales Manager to drive growth across the GCC and Middle East (excluding KSA) through strategic key account management, business development in current markets (UAE & Qatar), and the opening of new territories in the region.
This role focuses on selling OODA World’s comprehensive portfolio: a software-based multi-source data management and integration platform and a smart modular suite delivering 3D Global Situational Intelligence, Real-Time Command & Control, Incident Response, Automated Workflows, Mission Planning, and Team Coordination. These solutions align strategic, operational, and tactical levels for policing, public safety, national security, law enforcement, and critical infrastructure protection, helping government agencies and mission-critical operators make smarter decisions and act faster.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
- Drive regional expansion through key account growth, partner development, new business acquisition, and entry into new territories
- Define and execute sales strategies across UAE, Qatar, Oman, and other Middle East countries (excl. KSA)
- Generate and qualify opportunities; manage full sales cycles and pipeline forecasting
- Engage senior decision-makers and operational stakeholders across government and critical infrastructure
- Lead presentations and demonstrations aligned with operational use cases, including: Smart Safe Cities, Border Control & National Intelligence, Major Events Security, Internal Security & Special Missions, Critical Infrastructure Protection, Crisis Management
- Collaborate with system integrators, technology partners, and consultants on joint opportunities and tenders
🔹 Candidate Profile
- 8–10+ years of experience in sales, business development, and/or account management
- Proven success selling software platforms and integrated solutions including VMS, Video Analytics, GIS & Geospatial Intelligence, Communications, Dispatch, IoT, Lawful Interception, Digital Twin, Control Rooms, Data Visualization (not hardware-only)
- Strong experience in UAE and Qatar; exposure to other Middle East countries is a strong advantage
- Comfortable navigating complex, multi-stakeholder procurement processes with a results-driven approach
- Strong consultative selling, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Fluent English and native Arabic
