Every interaction requires a balance of attentive service, relevant product knowledge, sales awareness, and operational discipline. By maintaining an organized sales floor, handling transactions accurately, supporting inventory activities, and following established retail procedures, the representative helps protect store revenue while strengthening customer confidence in the brand.
