We are hiring a Sales Executive to join our dynamic team
Responsibilities:
· Handling customer questions, inquiries, and complaints.
· Preparing and sending offers.
· Preparing and signing the reservation form.
· A commitment to excellent sells.
· Preparing MPR
· Answering client questions about payment terms, products, prices, and availability.
· Attending conferences and exhibitions when required to identify opportunities.
· Meet with potential clients and act as their consultant.
· Negotiating terms of sales and agreements and closing sales with customers
· Market intelligence.
Collaborate with the team on pricing strategy and account management implementation plans.
· Develop organized and differentiated offerings.
· Documents full information of opportunities, tasks, and visits, including the won and lost reasons.
· Follow and achieve the department's sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
· Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information.
· Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents.
· Manage a well-qualified and consistent sales pipeline.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree
Minimum 1-4 years of experience in Sales
Experience of working with retailers, resellers, or brands
Strong Sales, Operational & CRM background
Excellent negotiation and communication abilities
English language: Fluent, both written and spoken
Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to use data to drive decision-making
Outstanding communication and presentation skills
Proven experience as a Sales Executive or a relevant role
