Travitell Egypt focuses on delivering tailored travel experiences that meet diverse customer needs, from leisure trips to business travel. Team members work in a dynamic environment that emphasizes customer service, destination knowledge, and reliable travel arrangements. Role Description The Sales Service Representative is a full-time, on-site role based in Heliopolis. This role involves responding to customer inquiries, providing detailed information about domestic, incoming, and outgoing travel packages, and assisting clients with bookings, changes, and cancellations. The Sales Service Representative will prepare quotations, process reservations, issue confirmations, and coordinate with suppliers such as airlines, hotels, and tour operators. Daily tasks include maintaining accurate records in booking systems, following up with customers to ensure satisfaction, and supporting sales campaigns and promotions. The role also requires collaborating with colleagues in operations and finance to ensure smooth service delivery and timely issue resolution. Qualifications Strong customer service and communication skills, with the ability to handle inquiries professionally in person, by phone, and via email. Sales and negotiation abilities, including experience in upselling travel services and converting leads into confirmed bookings. Organizational and administrative skills, such as managing multiple bookings, maintaining accurate records, and working with reservation or CRM systems. Problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills to address customer issues, handle changes or cancellations, and manage unexpected travel disruptions. Knowledge of travel and tourism, including familiarity with domestic and international destinations, basic itinerary planning, and common travel products. Ability to work on-site in Heliopolis, collaborate effectively with team members, and adapt to a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in English and Arabic; additional languages are an advantage. Previous experience in travel agencies, tourism, or customer-facing roles is preferred. Basic computer skills, including use of email, office applications, and online booking platforms. Relevant education in tourism, hospitality, business, or a related field is beneficial.
