Sandwich Maker

Silver Hut Cafeteria is looking for an experienced and energetic Sandwich Maker to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing high-quality sandwiches, burgers, snacks, and fresh juices quickly and hygienically in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare a variety of cafeteria menu items, including special sandwiches (Mathafi, club sandwiches, wraps), burgers, and quick snacks according to standard recipes.
• Slice, trim, and prepare meats, cheeses, vegetables, and condiments daily.
• Maintain strict food hygiene, cleanliness, and sanitation standards in the kitchen and preparation areas.
• Ensure quick food prep times to maintain fast service during peak hours.
• Assist in inventory checks, stock restocking, and checking the freshness of ingredients.
• Operate kitchen appliances safely (griddles, fryers, press grills, toasters).
• Requirements & Qualifications
• Experience: Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Sandwich Maker or Cook in a cafeteria or fast-food restaurant.
• Skills: Fast order preparation, knife handling skills, and knowledge of cafeteria menu preparation.
• Hygiene: Strong understanding of food safety practices and clean personal hygiene habits.

Languages: Basic Arabic required; knowledge of English, Hindi, or Malayalam is a plus.

Work Style: Ability to work efficiently under pressure, take direction well, and work flexible shifts.
