Senior A/C Technician

Diagnose and troubleshoot complex HVAC system malfunctions, utilizing advanced diagnostic tools and techniques to pinpoint issues efficiently.Perform comprehensive repairs and replacements of A/C components, including compressors, condensers, evaporators, and refrigerant lines, ensuring optimal system performance.Conduct preventative maintenance on a wide range of HVAC equipment, adhering to strict manufacturer guidelines and safety protocols to prolong equipment lifespan.Lead and mentor junior technicians, providing technical guidance, training, and support to foster their professional growth and development. Possesses a High School Diploma or equivalent, with vocational training in HVAC/R preferred.Holds relevant certifications, such as EPA Section 608, and other industry-recognized credentials.Demonstrates a minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience in the HVAC/R field, with a focus on commercial and residential systems.Demonstrates a strong understanding of HVAC system design, installation, and maintenance principles.
