Senior Ai Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and optimize AI and machine learning models for real-world applications.
• 
  
• Develop and implement NLP, LLM, or predictive analytics solutions as required.
• 
  
• Collaborate with data engineers and backend developers to integrate AI components into production systems.
• 
  
• Stay up to date with the latest AI research, frameworks, and tools to enhance our technical capabilities.
• 
  
• Lead code reviews, mentor junior AI engineers, and contribute to best practices in AI model development and deployment.
• 
  
• Ensure scalability, efficiency, and reliability of AI pipelines and APIs.
• 
  
• Work closely with product managers to understand business problems and design AI-driven solutions.
• 
  

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field.
• 
  
• 5+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, preferably within a software development environment.
• 
  
• Strong proficiency in Python and key libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, OpenCV, or Hugging Face.
• 
  
• Experience in NLP, Decision Engines, deep learning, and generative AI.
• 
  
• Solid understanding of data preprocessing, model training, evaluation, and deployment.
• 
  
• Experience with cloud-based ML services (AWS SageMaker, GCP AI Platform, Azure ML, etc.).
• 
  
• Proficiency in API integration and deploying AI models in production environments (e.g., Docker, FastAPI, Django).
• 
  
• Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.
• 
  
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• 
  

Nice to Have:

• Experience with LLMs (Large Language Models) and AI agent development.

• Knowledge of MLOps, CI/CD for ML pipelines, and model monitoring.
