Job Description IMPORTANT BEFORE APPLYING We are NOT looking for a UI/UX Designer. We are looking for a Visual / Brand Identity Designer. Please read the full job post carefully before applying. ABOUT THE PROJECT We are looking for a designer with exceptional visual judgment to execute and refine the visual direction of an existing Web Platform while working directly with our UI/UX Designer. The brand identity and brand strategy are already established. Your role is to translate them into a distinctive and cohesive visual language across the platform through typography, color, proportions, spacing, visual details, and original visual elements. The objective is to ensure that every screen reflects the personality of the brand while maintaining visual consistency across the platform. SCOPE OF WORK Typography: Refine type hierarchy, weights, line heights, letter spacing, and visual contrast between different levels of content. Colors: Apply the established brand color palette across interface elements, states, and visual treatments. Visual Elements: Design and develop original visual elements and graphics required for the platform in accordance with the established brand identity and visual direction. Visual Details: Refine dividers, borders, shadows, icons, and other visual touches derived from the brand identity. Proportions and Spacing: Refine sizing, spacing, visual rhythm, hierarchy, and overall balance while respecting web constraints and different screen sizes. Arabic Visual Treatment: Ensure professional presentation of Arabic content and strong visual balance between Arabic and English within the same interface. WHAT THIS ROLE DOES NOT INCLUDE This is a visual design role. It does not include UX research, information architecture, wireframing, user journeys, screen flows, copywriting, or development. These areas are already established and handled by the existing UI/UX and development teams. The designer’s responsibility is focused on the visual execution within this existing framework. Job Requirements REQUIRED MATERIALS A viewable Figma file with Viewer access. A Brand Identity / Visual System project developed from concept through final application, as referenced in Question 3. A work sample demonstrating Arabic content within a Web interface. SELECTION AND CONTRACTING PROCESS Candidates who meet the requirements and are initially shortlisted will proceed to the practical evaluation stage. This process includes: Signing a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) and providing the required information and documentation necessary to complete the agreement. After the NDA is completed, selected project information and materials will be provided for a specific practical design test intended to verify the candidate’s actual ability to perform the work according to the required standard and project requirements. Candidates who successfully pass the practical evaluation will proceed to the execution contract stage. Candidates who are unwilling to complete any of these steps will not proceed in the selection process.
