Senior Planning Engineer ( Interior Fit-Out)

Please not that only Planning Engineers with Fit-out experience in UAE will be considered, other Job titles will be rejected automatically.

We are looking for a planning engineer to join our team and take charge of project scheduling, progress tracking, and coordination in our interior fit-out projects. The ideal candidate should have expertise in Primavera P6, a strong understanding of BOQs and project timelines, and experience in preparing EOT claims.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain project schedules using Primavera, aligning with BOQs, signed contracts, and project requirements
• Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, and procurement teams to ensure accurate sequencing, resource allocation, and cost tracking
• Monitor project progress, update schedules weekly, and prepare dashboards and reports for stakeholders
• Prepare and submit Extension of Time (EOT) requests when project delays occur
• Support pre-contract planning by preparing draft schedules for upcoming projects

Requirements:

• Minimum of three years of experience in planning and scheduling within the interior fit-out industry
• Proficiency in Primavera and a strong understanding of BOQs and cost allocation
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in EOT preparation
• Strong coordination and reporting skills to communicate with project teams and clients
