Senior UX Researcher-Octopus (KSA)

We are currently partnering with a leading insurance company in Saudi Arabia to drive innovation and enhance customer experiences. To support this high-impact collaboration, we are seeking a skilled UX Researcher to join the team on-site in KSA. As a Senior UX Researcher, you will be instrumental in understanding the needs, behaviors, and motivations of users to inform and guide the design process. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including UX designers, business strategists, and project managers, ensuring that our solutions are both user-centric and aligned with business goals. Your insights will play a critical role in shaping the overall user experience for our client’s products and services. Key Responsibilities: Conduct in-depth user research to gather insights on user behavior, needs, and pain points. Collaborate with UX designers and product teams to translate research findings into actionable design recommendations. Develop and implement research plans, including user interviews, surveys, usability testing, and field studies. Synthesize research findings into clear, concise reports and presentations for stakeholders. Work closely with business and project management teams to ensure research aligns with business objectives and project timelines. Advocate for the user experience within the team and with stakeholders. Participate in iterative design processes, providing feedback and suggestions based on research findings. 5+ years of experience in UX research, preferably with a strong background in customer experience (CX) and business strategy. Proven ability to conduct various research methodologies, including qualitative and quantitative methods. Strong analytical skills and experience in turning research data into actionable insights. Familiarity with project management practices and ability to work within project timelines. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly convey research findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Previous experience working on projects in Saudi Arabia or a deep understanding of Saudi culture and customer behaviors is highly preferred. A collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams.
