Service Representative - Property & Casualty

Responsibilities Develop strong knowledge of Horace Mann Property and Casualty insurance products, services and policies Handle and problem solve customers' inquiries via phone, email, and chats Ensure a great customer experience in both written and verbal communications Maintain quality and compliance by adhering to all applicable company and state rules and regulations Perform proactive up-sell and cross-sell of insurance solutions to existing customer base Requirements High School diploma or GED required (Bachelor’s degree preferred)2+ years of customer service, business, or sales experience preferred Ability to obtain and maintain Insurance Producers License within 12 months of hire Basic math and billing interpretation skills Effective written and verbal communication skills Internet speed of at least 10 mb/s download and 1 mb/s upload Private, organized workspace free from household distractions About the Company Horace Mann was founded in 1945 to provide quality, affordable auto insurance for teachers.
