We are seeking to hire highly skilled Engineers for an Engineering Consultancy
Office for the following positions:
Structural Site Engineer (Junior / Senior)
The Structural Site Engineer is responsible for overseeing and managing the on-site construction of structural elements, ensuring that they are built according to approved designs, specifications, and quality standards. The role involves monitoring day-to-day activities, managing construction crews, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and providing technical support to contractors. The Structural Site Engineer will also work closely with other engineering disciplines and stakeholders to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

Job Description:
- Oversee the construction of structural works on-site, ensuring that construction activities.
- Ensure that the structural elements meet the required quality standards. Conduct regular inspections and tests on materials, workmanship, and workmanship quality. Identify and resolve any deviations from the approved design.
- Coordinate construction activities and manage site resources to ensure that work progresses according to schedule. Work closely with the Site Manager and Project Manager to identify potential delays and resolve any scheduling conflicts.
- Provide technical guidance to construction teams and contractors, helping to resolve on-site engineering issues and ensuring that the work is done correctly and efficiently.
- Perform daily inspections of the work, checking that the construction is being carried out according to the design, materials are being used as specified, and safety regulations are being followed.
- Maintain accurate site records, including daily logs, progress reports, and inspection reports. Prepare regular updates for the Site Manager and Project Manager, identifying issues and recommending solutions.
- Ensure that all on-site activities are carried out in accordance with health, safety, and environmental regulations. Conduct safety inspections and enforce proper safety practices to minimize risk and accidents.
- Liaise with other engineering disciplines (e.g., architectural, MEP) to ensure coordination of structural systems and avoid conflicts. Attend site meetings and provide updates on progress, issues, and technical challenges.
- Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers, ensuring they meet the required performance standards and schedules. Resolve any issues or disputes that arise with subcontractors.
- Ensure that structural components are thoroughly tested and checked before being signed off for further construction or handover. Participate in final inspections and commissioning procedures.
- Identify potential structural issues early in the construction phase and work with the design and construction teams to develop practical solutions.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture /Civil Engineering.
- Must have experience in Hospitality and Hotels Projects.
- Previous work experience in Gulf countries is required.
- Minimum 6 years of proven experience for the (Junior Site Structural position).
- Minimum 8 years of proven experience for the (Senior Site Structural position).
- Strong technical knowledge of material and site execution and Software programs & Systems.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage multidisciplinary teams.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Projects in both Locations:
- North Coast.
- Cairo Gate (Preferably candidates residing in Giza, 6th of October, Sheikh Zayed and nearby areas).
