Teachers Assistant (Saudi Arabia)

Eram Talent is seeking a passionate and dedicated Teacher Assistant to join our client in Saudi Arabia. As a Teacher Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting educators and enhancing the learning environment for students. Your contribution will be essential in fostering student engagement and helping to create a productive classroom atmosphere. Responsibilities: Assist the lead teacher in planning and implementing effective lesson plans Support students in their learning activities, both individually and in groups Supervise students during class activities, recess, and transitions Prepare classroom materials and resources as directed by the teacher Monitor and document student progress, providing feedback to the teacher Help maintain a clean and organized classroom environment Communicate effectively with students, parents, and staff Participate in staff meetings and professional development opportunities Uphold school policies and ensure a positive learning experience for all students Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field preferred; High School Diploma with relevant experience will also be considered Fluent in English, both spoken and written Previous experience working with children in an educational setting is an advantage Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work collaboratively with teachers and staff Patience, empathy, and a genuine interest in the educational development of students Organizational skills and attention to detail Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic classroom environment Proficient in using basic office software and educational tools
