Role Description The Technician is a full-time, on-site role based in Arab El Sheikh Zayed. This role is responsible for the installation, operation, and maintenance of arcade machines, interactive games, and physical activity equipment to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for guests. Day-to-day tasks include diagnosing and repairing technical issues, performing routine inspections and preventive maintenance, and calibrating equipment and game settings. The Technician will collaborate with operations and customer service teams, respond to equipment-related incidents promptly, and document maintenance activities in accordance with company procedures. The role also involves following safety standards, supporting venue openings or events, and helping implement improvements in technical operations. Qualifications Technical and mechanical skills for installing, troubleshooting, and maintaining arcade, interactive, and physical activity equipment.Basic electrical and electronic skills for diagnosing faults, replacing components, and ensuring safe operation of powered equipment.Operational and safety skills, including adherence to safety protocols, equipment inspection routines, and incident reporting procedures.Customer-focused skills, such as clear communication with guests and staff, professional behavior, and a service-oriented attitude.Organizational skills for documenting maintenance work, managing tools and spare parts, and following schedules and checklists.Ability to work on-site in Arab El Sheikh Zayed, including availability for shifts, weekends, and holidays as required.Previous experience in entertainment venues, amusement parks, or similar technical roles is an advantage.Relevant technical diploma or certification in electronics, mechanics, or a related field is preferred.
