We are looking for a skilled and experienced Technician – Material Handling Equipment to join our team. This role is critical in ensuring that all equipment is maintained to the highest standards, with a strong focus on diagnosing and resolving issues right the first time.As a Technician, you will work both in the workshop and in the field, delivering reliable and efficient repair solutions while supporting high levels of customer satisfaction and operational uptime.What you will doCarry out mechanical and electrical repairs, troubleshooting, and diagnostics on material handling equipmentDiagnose faults accurately and recommend effective solutions to resolve issues efficientlyEnsure minimal repeat repairs by completing jobs right the first timeProactively identify potential issues during servicing and repair activitiesFollow service manuals, checklists, and best practices to improve productivity and efficiencyMaintain clear communication with the Service Supervisor on repairs and job progressDeliver both workshop and field service support as required Required skills to be successfulStrong hands-on experience in servicing and repairing material handling equipmentExcellent troubleshooting and diagnostic skillsGood understanding of mechanical and electrical systemsAbility to follow technical manuals and standard operating proceduresStrong focus on quality and first-time fixGood communication and interpersonal skillsAbout the teamYou will be part of the Aftersales Team, supporting a fast-paced service environment focused on delivering high-quality maintenance and repair solutions. The team is committed to operational excellence, safety, and providing reliable equipment support to customers across the UAE.What equips you for the roleTrade certificate or diploma in Mechanical / Automobile EngineeringMinimum 5 years of experience working on material handling equipment (preferably Hangcha)Proven ability to independently carry out servicing, repairs, and component overhaulsStrong technical knowledge of mechanical and electrical systemsValid UAE manual driving license (mandatory)Good communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage)
