Respond to work requests/work orders in a timely manner as per work assignments from the Telecom Engineer. What is the person expected to deliver in the first 6 to 12 months Plan and manage all maintenance activities related to telecom systems including troubleshooting equipment failure/breakdown, conducting root cause analysis of equipment failures, and recommending resolutions in coordination with the Telecom Engineer and relevant stakeholders. Specific Qualification / University / Certification Technical diploma in relevant field or secondary school certificate with a vocational trade certificate.
