Job Title: Tele Sales Executive – Business Consultancy Services | Location: UAE | Experience: Minimum 1 Year | Salary: AED 3,000 – AED 5,000 | Job Summary | We are looking for a motivated and customer-oriented Tele Sales Executive with experience in both pre-sales and post-sales activities within the Business Consultancy, Accounting, Audit, Tax, or Corporate Services sector. Candidates with relevant experience in their home country are welcome to apply, even if they are new to the UAE. | Key Responsibilities | Generate and qualify leads through outbound calls and follow-up activities. | Promote the company's business consultancy, accounting, audit, tax, and corporate services. | Understand client requirements and provide appropriate service information. | Schedule appointments and meetings for the Business Development team. | Maintain and update lead and client information in the CRM system. | Coordinate with clients for documentation and onboarding requirements. | Act as a point of contact for client inquiries and service updates. | Ensure smooth coordination between clients and internal departments. | Build and maintain strong client relationships to support customer satisfaction and retention. | Achieve assigned sales and lead generation targets. | Requirements | Minimum 1 year of experience in Tele Sales, Client Coordination, or Customer Service within Business Consultancy, Accounting, Audit, Tax, Financial Services, or a related industry. | Experience handling both pre-sales and post-sales activities. | UAE experience is not mandatory; similar experience in the candidate's home country is acceptable. | Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English. | Strong sales, negotiation, and customer service abilities. | Ability to work in a target-driven environment. | Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems. | Preferred | Experience in Business Setup, Accounting, Audit, VAT, Corporate Tax, or Consultancy Services. | Knowledge of client onboarding and documentation processes. | Additional language skills such as Hindi, Urdu, Tamil, Malayalam, or Arabic will be an advantage. | Benefits | Competitive salary package (AED 3,000 – AED 5,000). | Career growth opportunities. | Professional and supportive work environment.
