UI/UX Designer Associate

As our UI/UX Designer Associate, you'll be responsible for transforming every idea into an app or platform that feels intuitive and alive. You'll lead end-to-end design projects across Manzil's web and mobile platforms, ensuring each experience balances usability, clarity, and creativity while aligning with Manzil's brand and vision. This role involves close collaboration with product, engineering, and research teams to bring concepts to life overseeing user flows, prototypes, and design systems to deliver seamless, high-quality results. You'll also champion innovation in design, conducting usability testing to ensure every detail meets our standards and enhances how Manzil's customers interact with our digital platform. To thrive in this position, you should have at least 1-3 years of experience in UI/UX design, a strong portfolio across web, mobile, or product design, deep understanding of user-centered design and interaction patterns, and excellent coordination skills. At Manzil, design isn't just decoration it's transformation, and you'll have the freedom to shape meaningful experiences that make a lasting impact.You will design intuitive and visually engaging user interfaces for web and mobile products.You will create user flows, wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity prototypes, and collaborate closely with Product Managers and Engineers to transform business requirements into user-friendly experiences.You will conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions, and maintain and evolve our design system to ensure consistency across all products.You will iterate on designs based on user feedback, analytics, and product goals, and work closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.You will also stay up to date with design trends, accessibility standards, and UX best practices. Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field, in addition to 1 3 years of experience in UI/UX or Product Design. A strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design projects is required, along with proficiency in Figma and modern design tools. Candidates must possess a solid understanding of user-centered design principles and usability best practices, with proven experience in creating wireframes, prototypes, and design systems. Strong visual design skills with meticulous attention to detail are essential, as are excellent communication and collaboration abilities. Fluency in both English and Arabic is required.
