UX/UI Designer

## Role Overview Product Designer at eze, reporting to support intuitive, user-centered web and mobile experiences. The role is based with Sucafina. ## Role Purpose Own end-to-end UI/UX design—from understanding users and defining information architecture to delivering high-fidelity designs, interactive prototypes, and evolving a consistent design system that improves usability and accessibility. ## Key Responsibilities ### User Research & Discovery - Conduct user research through interviews and surveys to understand customer needs. - Perform usability testing and iterate based on findings. ### Design & Prototyping - Deliver user-centered UI/UX design for web and mobile platforms. - Create user flows and high-fidelity UI designs. - Build interactive prototypes using Figma, InVision, or ProtoPie. - Develop clickable prototypes to align stakeholders on design direction. ### Information Architecture & Systems - Define information architecture and wireframing for complex interfaces. - Design and evolve design systems using tokens and components. - Ensure accessibility standards compliance (WCAG). ### Collaboration & Communication - Facilitate cross-functional collaboration with product and engineering teams. - Communicate design decisions clearly to stakeholders. - Translate customer needs and business goals into clear interfaces and scalable design systems. ### Problem-Solving - Apply analytical problem-solving to design challenges. ## Qualifications & Experience - Figma proficiency. - Prototyping experience with InVision or ProtoPie. - User research skills demonstrated through interviews and surveys. - Wireframing and information architecture experience. - Design systems experience with tokens and components. - Accessibility knowledge (WCAG). ## Skills & Competencies - User empathy and customer-focused mindset. - Strong analytical problem-solving. - Excellent communication with stakeholders. - Proven collaboration with product and engineering teams. - Ability to create clickable prototypes for stakeholder alignment. ## Additional Information - Jobs for Humanity is partnering with eze to build an inclusive and just employment ecosystem, prioritizing individuals coming from all walks of life.
