Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, and in person. Generate new sales and achieve monthly sales targets. Prepare quotations and follow up with potential clients. Build and maintain long-term customer relationships. Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth service delivery. Maintain accurate customer records and sales reports. Deliver excellent customer service while representing the company's professional image. Requirements Minimum 2 -4 years of UAE experience in Sales or Customer Service. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong negotiation and customer handling abilities. Ability to work under pressure and achieve monthly targets. Age 32 years or above. Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic computer applications. Languages Fluent English (Required) Hindi (Preferred) Arabic (Preferred) Additional languages are an advantage.
