Assist in the creation of visually appealing graphics for digital and print media, ensuring brand consistency across all materials.Prepare and present design mockups and prototypes for review, incorporating feedback for continuous improvement.Manage and organize design files and assets within the established digital asset management system.Stay updated on design trends and tools, integrating new techniques into ongoing projects to enhance creativity.Support the marketing team by creating engaging social media graphics and promotional materials.Perform quality checks on design deliverables to ensure accuracy and adherence to specifications.Contribute to the development of brand guidelines and style guides to maintain consistency across all platforms.Desired Candidate Profile 0-2 years of relevant work experience, preferably in a fast-paced agency or in-house creative department.Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field, showcasing a strong foundational understanding of design principles.Portfolio showcasing a range of design projects, demonstrating creativity, versatility, and attention to detail.Familiarity with industry-standard design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).Basic knowledge of web design principles, including HTML/CSS, is a plus but not mandatory.Excellent time management and organizational skills, able to handle multiple projects without compromising quality.Fluent in English, with additional language skills considered an asset for global projects.A positive attitude and creative mindset, coupled with a desire to innovate and push design boundaries.
