Sales Specialist – Hospital & Homecare Line

Key Responsibilities

• Promote Totalcare Egypt’s portfolio across hospitals and homecare segments, including devices for ICU/NICU and chronic respiratory care.
• Engage with hospital physicians and staff (ICU, pediatrics, neurology, pulmonology) as well as homecare customers.
• Conduct clinical training and support both in hospitals and with home-based users and caregivers.
• Build strong relationships with KOLs, neurologists, pediatricians, pulmonologists, and pharmacists.
• Meet sales objectives by creating tailored approaches for institutional and individual customers.
• Submit visit feedback and attach reports through our Excel-based system with customer-linked records.
• Identify cross-selling and referral opportunities across the hospital-to-homecare patient journey.
• Stay informed on competitor movements in both institutional and retail markets

Job Requirements:

• 2–5 years of hospital sales experience, preferably in ICU or critical care units
• Direct experience with ventilators or respiratory equipment
• Strong track record in meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Hunger to grow professionally and earn more through performance
• A competitive spirit and passion for impact in healthcare
