EDGE Consultants is seeking a dynamic, ambitious, and motivated Business Consultant Manager to join our team in Egypt.
Responsibilities:
· Develop and execute business development strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our client base.
· Manage subordinate’s existing sales pipeline and the development of new business opportunities.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives, HR managers, and decision-makers in target organizations.
· Responsible for the performance and development of the business consultants.
· Prepares action plans for individuals as well as for the team to do an effective search for qualified leads and prospects.
· Provides timely feedback to CEO regarding achievement, targets and performance.
· Provides timely, accurate, competitive pricing on all completed prospect applications submitted for pricing and approval, while striving to maintain maximum profit margin.
· Controls expenses to meet budget guidelines.
· Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
· Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, provide regular reports, and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
· Leads by example in areas of personal development, commitment, organizational, selling skills, and work habits.
· Ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
· Demonstrates ability to interact and cooperate with all EDGE Consultants employees.
Qualifications:
· Minimum of Bachelor's degree.
· Proven 10-15 years of experience in Business Development or Sales or a similar role.
· Proven leadership and ability to drive sales and teams.
· Experience with different organizations will be a plus.
· Strong knowledge of similar industry in Egypt and Gulf, including key players, market trends, and customer needs is a plus.
· Demonstrated ability to drive business growth and meet or exceed sales targets.
· Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
· Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels.
· Strategic mindset with the ability to identify opportunities and develop innovative solutions.
· Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
· Fluency in English and Arabic.
